Q. How long until I get my order?
A. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time that your order is placed until we ship it out. We are only at our store on the 3rd week of the month and we order in items that are not in stock.
Q. Why do items show to be in stock on the website if they are actually out of stock?
A. We do multiple shows each month and have the website. It is very difficult to keep the website updated with inventory with all of the shows that we do. If the item is actually out of stock, we place an order to have it shipped in.
Q. What happens when an item is out of stock and is back ordered?
A. If the item that you ordered is out of stock from the manufacturer, it will be placed on back order and will be shipped when it comes back in stock. If you have multiple items that you are waiting on, we will wait until we get all of them back in stock before shipping to save on shipping cost.
Q. Why does the website say "shipping will be calculated later"?
A. We want to ensure that we are quoting the lowest price available that day between FEDEX, UPS and USPS. We manually compare the 3 shipping companies and go with the cheapest one to be able to pass the savings on to the customer. We will ship out of the country, it is the customers responsibility to pay all Duties, Taxes, Customs and other fees.
A. Merchandise that has been received and is not damaged will be accepted for return for a 25% restocking fee. It is the customers responsibility to pay all return shipping charges. There will also be an additional 3% charge for refunding a credit card.
Q. How do I file a claim?
A. All claims must be filed within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Customer must submit photos of the damaged items at that time. No claim will be filed until proof of damage has been recorded.
